We offer high-quality materials that ensure your kitchen or bathroom shines.

When it comes to creating a kitchen or bathroom space that not only looks its best but also stands the test of time, quality materials matter. This is where we come in at Venzil Granite. Check out some of the common questions we get about the materials we offer, our services, and our team, then give us a call when you’re ready to take your project to the next level.

What services does your team offer?

We are a full-service design and fabrication company specializing in custom countertops (granite, quartz, and marble), kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, and professional installation. We handle everything from the initial material selection to the final finishing touches.

What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve residential and commercial clients throughout the Brevard County, Florida area, including Orlando and Kissimmee. If you aren’t sure if you’re in our service area, please give us a call!

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes. We provide free, no-obligation estimates. You can bring your measurements to our showroom or contact us to schedule a consultation where we can discuss your vision and budget.

Do you provide a warranty on your products and labor?

Yes, we stand behind our craftsmanship by offering a warranty on our installation services, and many of our stone and cabinet products come with their own manufacturer warranties. Your designated project manager can review the specific details of the warranty for your chosen materials.

What makes your team stand out?

Unlike big box stores, we offer a personalized boutique experience. You get to hand-pick your specific slabs, work with expert fabricators who see your project through from start to finish, and enjoy faster turnaround times with superior attention to detail.

Can I see the actual slabs before they are cut?

Yes. We encourage customers to visit our granite shop to select the exact slab that will be installed in their home. This ensures you are happy with the specific veining and color variations of the stone.

How long does a typical countertop installation take?

Once we have performed the final template of your cabinets, the fabrication and installation process usually takes about 7 to 14 business days, depending on the complexity of the project.

Do you handle both residential and commercial projects?

Yes. We have the equipment and expertise to handle everything from single-family kitchen remodels to large-scale commercial surfaces for offices, restaurants, and multi-unit developments.

Do I need to hire a separate plumber for my sink?

While we mount the sink to your new countertops, we are not licensed plumbers. You will need a plumber to reconnect your water lines and drains. We can, however, recommend trusted local partners to help finish the job.

What is the difference between granite and quartz?

Granite is a natural stone that is unique in pattern and requires periodic sealing. Quartz is an engineered stone made of crushed quartz and resin; it is non-porous, highly durable, and never requires sealing. Both are excellent choices for kitchens.

How do I maintain and clean my natural stone countertops?

For daily cleaning, use mild soap and water or a stone-specific cleaner. It’s best to avoid harsh chemicals or acidic cleaners (like vinegar or lemon), as these can etch the surface of natural stones like marble and granite.

Do my countertops need to be sealed?

Natural stones like granite and marble should be sealed upon installation and typically once every year or two thereafter to prevent staining. Quartz surfaces do not require sealing.

Will my countertop have visible seams?

Most kitchens require at least one seam due to slab size limitations. However, our expert fabricators use advanced color-matched adhesives and precision cutting to make these seams as inconspicuous as possible.

Do you offer custom or semi-custom cabinets?

We offer a wide range of cabinetry options, from high-quality semi-custom lines to fully custom designs. This allows us to find a solution that fits both your aesthetic preferences and your budget.

Can you help me design the layout of my kitchen?

Yes. Our design team works with you to create a functional and beautiful layout. We use professional design software to help you visualize how your new cabinets and counters will look in your space.

What types of cabinet finishes do you offer?

We offer everything from classic stained wood and crisp painted finishes to modern high-gloss acrylics. We also carry a variety of door styles, including Shaker, raised panel, and flat-panel slabs.

Do your cabinets come with soft-close features?

Most of our cabinet lines come standard with soft-close hinges and drawer glides. This prevents slamming, reduces noise, and extends the life of your cabinetry.

What do I need to do to prepare for my installation day?

Please clear off your existing countertops and empty the sink base cabinet. Ensure there is a clear path for our installers to carry the stone and keep children and pets away from the work area for safety.

What is "templating," and do I need to be home for it?

Templating is the process of taking precise digital or physical measurements of your cabinets. Yes, a decision-maker should be present to confirm details like sink placement, seam locations, and overhangs.

What is the typical thickness of the stone slabs?

Most of our granite and quartz slabs come in a standard thickness of 3 cm (approx. 1¼ inches), which provides the best durability and aesthetic for kitchen applications. We also carry 2 cm options for certain projects.
